Praha

Alternate title: next time, I will have learned to upload my photos opposite the order in which I want them to appear.

I do not know how that became a link, but only click it if you are interested in seeing the photo below enlarged. Last weekend we went to Prague, so I am mostly going to let the pictures be my explanation. (I must warn ahead of time that I deliberately didn't run around with my guidebook in my hand, so I do not have appropriate labels for everything that probably deserves them.)

This is outside the tourist area. Can you tell?

Near our hostel.

(Hexagons covering a sphere?! Good thing they cheat and have a circle at the bottom...)
Guess how long I was wearing that pair of jeans?

All sorts of letters and characters. Definite epsilon somewhere near the brain.

One of my favorite aspects of the city was the poster air all over. This was part of a huge wall that I could not photograph. See Mr. Kafka?
Under the Charles Bridge. Oy, this is a link again?
Who expects peacocks?

Hey, you are blocking the view.

The castle.
The Jewish Quarter.
Church I am sitting in back of in earlier picture.
Pigeon.
This is actually in either Hungary or perhaps Slovakia on our way over. Probably Hungary, but I am not entirely sure.

Yes, I am finally posting to my blog. I guess I am going to have to resign myself to the fact that it will take time to maintain. I have gotten to the point that I am troubled that I am not actively keeping record of my thoughts and experiences here, not to mention my fear that my right brain is atrophying away. That is to say, I am posting at the moment because I am stuck in two ways for two different classes.

I have spent too much time uploading photos, so I am going to let the writing go for the evening. More to report on Budapest later.

I hope everyone who is reading this has a good night (or day or there is no concept of time in a blog that is going to be posted for any period of time, but anyhow, szia.)
